How does your waitlist option work?

You will see a green “Put me on the waiting list” button appear. You will put in all of your information including payment information. You will ONLY be charged unless you take and book an appointment.

  • You cannot book “choose any professional” as you sign up for a specific barbers waitlist. You can join every barbers waitlist, but you’ll do so individually for each barber.

  • If someone cancels it’ll notify you immediately giving you 10-15 minutes to click the link texted to you and take or turn down that appointment. After that 10-15 minute time frame it will move on to the next person in line on the waitlist (if multiple people are signed up for a barber).

  • A wait list is created and it will notify those who signed up first and work its way down the list.

  • There is a $3 convenience fee charged by our booking software Squire if you take an appointment off the waitlist. you will NOT be charged that $3 unless you take an appointment off the waitlist.
